Import Unit Values Index (UVI) 

Import prices show high volatility over a long period of time. Over the entire period, prices increased by an average of 1%. There were upward peaks for the months of October and March and downward peaks for the months of February and July. In part, these variations are due to changes in the exchange rate of the dinar against the two main currencies used in trade (Euro and USD).
